Finding current listings and updating

It is absolutely important to update appropriate listings if a client changes their phone number, address, etc... Having mismatched information between local listings can decrease their credibility and can cause those listings to fall off the map.

We keep a a set up checklist excel document where we store logins for customer accounts. It's important to keep this up to date so that we can easily log in to listings in the event we need to update a client's information.
