  • Not receiving emails from client requests

If a client is having trouble logging in to their file transfer account, and/or is not recieving notification emails saying they have a client waiting to be approved, check the file transfer email address on the website properties page. If incorrectly spelled, the email address won't work for either.

  • Not receiving test emails -

Make sure all categories are unchecked when sending test newsletters.
