"Rejected from recipient domain"

Sometimes clients call with an issue with their email. Emails will bounce back, saying it was 'rejected from the recipient domain'. The #1 cause of this issue is not having the email address added to katharion. To fix:

  • Log in to Katharion, find client's domain and add email and password using standard procedure
  • Some older accounts may have had emails created but not added to spam filter, so check even if site is old.
